Great leader. His war decisions were always based on the thought of "how does this fit in with my government's plans for world order? and how does this benefit GB's interests?" Could see where war was leading his country- pre 41' how can we survive. Was a good listener/arguer. Didn't try to ream shit through, but rather used democratic gov responsibly.
