1) Assign Helispot (within 2 minutes)
2) Evacuation Plan (that threaten inhabited areas)
3) Traffic Control (for public threat, FF safety, FF Ops)
4) Perimeter Control (unless immediate exposure protection needed)
5) Structure Protection (assigned resources follow strategy & tactical procedures)
6) Hose Packs/Fittings (carried according to department standards)
7) Deploy Hose (progressive lay deployed on entire perimeter over 300')
8) Water Supply (when hoselines in use, water supply provisions shall be made)
9) Apparatus Operators (shall protect Fire apparatus & pump from fire damage)
10) Burning Out/Firing Out (shall have approval of Div/Group Sup)
11) Backfiring Operations (requires approval of Ops Section Chief or I.C.)
12) Protect Evidence (1st engine at fire origin shall protect area for Investigator)
13) Mop-up (All fires receive wet mop-up w/foam per dept standards)
14) Cold Trail (required on All wildland fires)
15) Containment (I.C. responsible for declaring knockdown, containment & control) |
