Aim for Eudamonia-resulting from a life in perfect balance developed habits-patience,temperance etc. people suffering greatly from illness would not be living a eudaimon life if incurable/terminal- might hope they have the courage to accept their fortune person achieving eudamonia would have wisdonm/judgement to make right decision. good for society above individual areas where resources scarce- euthanaia may make huge difference to society courageous-take own life when very ill-not keeping with Aristotles virtues |
