Some conclusions.
Highest rental is located in one or more specific sectors – mostly in peripheral but sometimes continuously from the center.
High rent takes the form of wedges.
Middle range on either side of the high rent.
Some cities contain large areas of middle range that locate on the edges of the high and low ranges.
All urban areas have low rent areas, frequently found opposite high rent areas, usually in more central locations.
