Triceps Brachii

A: All heads - extend elbow

Long Head - extend elbow, extend shoulder, adduct shoulder

O: Long - infraglenoid tubercle

Lateral - proximal half of posterior humerus

Medial - distal half of posterior humerus

I: olecranon

N: Radial

Anconeus

A: extend elbow

O: lateral epicondyle

I: olecranon and lateral edge of ulna

N: radial

Brachialis

A: flex the elbow

O: distal half of the anterior humerus

I: ulnar tuberosity and coronoid process

N: musculocutaneous

Brachioradialis

A: flex elbow, assist with resisted pronation/supination

O: lateral supracondylar ridge

Pronator Teres

A: Pronation

O: medial collateral ligament, common flexor tendon, coronoid process

I: middle of lateral surface of radius

Pronator Quadratus

A: pronation

O: medial anterior surface of the distal ulna
