o Consumer = resident of TN for >5 years & be a non-HCP by education
Not an owner or have financial/other interest in any health care facility or business
- Term of Appointment
o 6 years (cannot be reappointed)
o Each vacancy position – TPA should recommend annually 5 qualified people for governor to choose from
o Must make oath/affirmation 10 days after appointment
- Removal
o Guilty of misconduct
o Removed by governor by recommendation of other current members |
