b. Notify the Communications Center and request notification of his immediate supervisor and the Patrol Watch Commander.
c. Establish an inner perimeter controlling ingress and egress to the crisis site.
d. Assemble an Apprehension Team to take the suspect/subject into custody if they surrender.
e. Attempt/Establish communication with the suspect/subject.
f. Establish an outer perimeter, excluding all unauthorized persons.
g. Establish a Command Post location and advise the Communications Center of its location.
h. Solicit the suspect/subject’s surrender without unnecessarily endangering Patrol Officers or members of the community. |
