Part D. Perscription drugs. Helps seniors w/ meds. donught hole is the wait in the time   (ammount- like deductable?) that the govt won't pay

1) Eroding coverage: Insurance companies are cutting out certain coverages

 

2) Rising costs: Costs are rising

 

3) Cost shifting: hospital gets a no pay so that gets covered in higher rates of those w/ insurance

 

- Fact: one out of every five dollars will go to medical care. Govt will be paying for 50% of medical care.
