1- Social Identity is Meanings others or society perceive that you attach to your role.
2- Self-identity is an identity that begins from adolescent years and it's continuous throughout your life as you get older and start working in different environment.
The reconstruct of biographies also plays a role in self-Identity.
Individuals striving to change how they use to be in the past to better themselves and their self-identity.
3- Personal Identity- It's determined based on the meanings given to someone when considering their biographical information. It's possible to have many social identity but one can only have one personal identity.

Gender roles- Women are less likely to work in upper middle class.
- This class persist of top executives. Less women carry such titles. This leads to social Inequality as well as gender roles
