-Clearly is an issue of POWER and CONTROL over the powerless. -It is one of Domination and exploitation over those who cannot fightback -For some perpetrators growing up being sexually abused->such abuse becomes "normal" from a Labeling Theory Perspective; so as adults they continue to engage in what was defined as normal to them. |
