So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don't fall! No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. |

After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from EVERY NATION, TRIBE, PEOPLE and LANGUAGE, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they CRIED OUT in a loud voice: "SALVATION belongs to OUR GOD, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb."... PRAISE and GLORY and WISDOM and THANKS and HONOR and POWER and STRENGTH be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!" |

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. |

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us THROW OFF EVERYTHING that hinders and THE SIN that so easily entangles, and let us RUN with PERSEVERANCE the race marked out for us. Let us FIX OUR EYES ON JESUS, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the JOY set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider HIM who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your BLOOD. And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as SONS: "My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and DO NOT LOSE HEART when he rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those he LOVES, and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son." ENDURE HARDSHIP as DISCIPLINE; God is treating you as sons. |

To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, "My GRACE is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. |

Let us then approach the throne of grace with CONFIDENCE, so that we may receive MERCY and find GRACE to help us in our time of need. |

I'm a part of the fellowship of the UNASHAMED. The die has been cast. I have stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I'm a disciple of HIS and I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away, or be still. My PAST is redeemed. My PRESENT makes sense. My FUTURE is secure. I'm done and finished with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tamed visions, mundane talking, cheap living, and dwarfed goals. I no longer need preeminence, prosperity, position, promotions, plaudits, or popularity. I don't have to be right, or first, or tops, or recognized, or praised, or rewarded. I live by FAITH, lean on His PRESENCE, walk by PATIENCE, lift by PRAYER, and labor by Holy Spirit POWER. My face is set. My gait is fast. My goal is heaven. My road may be narrow, my way rough, my companions few, but my guide is reliable and my mission is clear. I will not be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, deluded or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice or hesitate in the presence of the adversary. I will not negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I won't give up, shut up, or let up until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, and preached up for the cause of Christ. I am a disciple of Jesus. I must give until I drop, preach until all know, and work until He comes. And when He does come for His own, He'll have no problems recognizing me. My colors will be clear. |

For it is commendable if a man bears up under the PAIN of unjust suffering because he is conscious of God. But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you SUFFER for doing good and you ENDURE it, this is commendable before God. To THIS you were called, because Christ suffered FOR YOU, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps. "He committed NO SIN, and no deceit was found in his mouth." When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he ENTRUSTED HIMSELF to him who judges justly. He himself bore our sins IN HIS BODY on the tree, so that we might DIE to sins and LIVE for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. For you were like sheep going astray, BUT NOW you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. |

Therefore WE WILL NOT FEAR, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. There is a RIVER whose streams make GLAD the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is WITHIN her, she WILL NOT FALL; God will help her at break of day. Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his VOICE, the earth melts. The LORD ALMIGHTY is WITH US; the God of Jacob is our FORTRESS. COME and SEE the works of the Lord, the desolations he has brought on the earth. He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear, he burns the shields with fire. "BE STILL, and KNOW that I AM GOD; I WILL be exalted among the NATIONS, I will be exalted in the earth." The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. |

Therefore, since we have been justified through FAITH, we have PEACE with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this GRACE in which we now STAND. And we rejoice in the HOPE of the GLORY OF GOD. Not only so, but we also REJOICE in our SUFFERINGS, because we know that suffering produces PERSEVERANCE; perseverance, CHARACTER; and character, HOPE. And hope DOES NOT DISAPPOINT US, because God has poured out his LOVE into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. You see, at just the right time, when we were STILL POWERLESS, Christ died for the UNGODLY. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his OWN LOVE for us in this: While we were still sinners, CHRIST DIED FOR US. |
