Seasoned w/ Rudy's Rub and is smoked overnight for approximately 12 hours. Served thinly sliced. 

 

Obviously very lean w/ no fat.

2. Pork Loin:
Definition
Same cut as pork chops, but w/o the bone, seasoned w/ Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1.5 hours. Served thinly sliced.

Whole turkey breasts, seasoned w/ salad dressing and a rosemary and sage spice (the only product that is seasoned with this spice), then smoked for approximately 1 hour. Served thinly sliced.

Chopped brisket cooked w/ Rudy's Original BBQ Sauce.

Definition
Also known as spare ribs, which will have a little marbling on them, seasoned w/ Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1.5 hours.

Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned w/ Rudy's Rub and smoked to a Rare degree. Served on weekends only in most stores.
