Definition
They set the tone for the service. They keep the service running in a smooth fashion, and are aware of timing. The other workers look to the chairperson for direction.

Definition
1. Keep the service running smoothly and within time limits. 2. Introduce the workers in such a way the congregation are anxious to hear them. 3. Make certain that each worker gets their allotted time to work.

Definition
Any job that you are asked to do. Always be prepared to fill in at any moment.

Definition
First of all, do not assume this means a physical death -- it is more likely to mean a major change in your life. Convey this to the person to whom you are giving the message.

Definition
You don't! Refuse to get into any sort of "argument" with anyone in the audience. Just say something like: "That is what I am sensing. Then... firmly turn away from that person."

8. What is the difference between a psychic message and a spiritual message?
Definition
A spiritual message is from the world of Spirit; the psychic message is from "mind-to-mind" - an ESP message. The spiritual message is always more detailed and precise and meaningful than a psychic message.

9. How do you "tune in" before demonstrating your mediumship in public?
Definition
This varies with each medium. Some will call on their guides or teachers out loud; some will ask the congregation to "join them in a moment of prayer." Others will use the time before they are "on" to pray and meditate and ask their teachers for help. It is recommended that you engage in prayer and meditation for at least a half hour before the demonstration.
