Clavicular Head:
- Medical 1/3 of the clavicle
Insertion: Mastoid process of the temporal bone
Action: Bilateral:
- flexion of the head and neck
- contributes to extension of the upper cervical region and head
Unilateral:
- Contralateral rotation of the head and neck
- lateral flexion of the head and neck
