- Start the engine, build air pressure to 100 psi, and place shifter in 1st gear (low). Shut down the engine and turn the key on to the power position. Depress both brake valves and apply service brake. Allow gauges to settle, after they settle release brake pedal. Time for one minute, call out " I should not lose more than 3 psi in one minute." Apply service brake pedal for one minute with light pressure. Call Out "I should not lose more than 4 psi in one minute." Pump pedal with light pressure and at 60 psi call out " My warning lights and buzzer should activate at specified range." (Pause) Continue to pump service brake until it reached between 40 and 20 psi and call out "My tractor and Trailer valves should activate at its specified range." |

- Start Engine, Oil Pressure should rise in to normal range. Apply fuel pedal between 1300-1500 rpms to build pressure. At 85 psi Call Out "My pressure should rise between 85 psi and 100 psi in 45 seconds. Pressure should continue to build until governor cuts out at 120-125 psi. |
