5. Vehicles (does not cover loss caused by vehicles owned by an insured);
6. Smoke (smoke from fireplaces, agricultural smudging, or industrial operations not covered);

1. Loss Settlement Covered property losses are settled at the lesser of: • The actual cash value; • The cost to repair the damaged property; • The cost to replace the damaged property.
2. Other Insurance If other fire insurance exists, the policy settles losses on a pro rata basis.
