    • Erythromycin optho ointment, Polycin B (bacitracin/polymixinB) or Polytrim (polymyxinB+TMP) x 5d
      • Ointment for infants/young kids and eyedrops for older kids/adolescents
  • Dacrocystitis
    • Initial mgmt: warm compresses
    • PO cephalexin with optho referral
