Ex that change BOS to create an "imbalance to overcome" Seal, Rolling Like a Ball, Stomach Massage, and Open Leg Rocker The nearer the line of gravity is to the center of BOS, the more stability you have. |

Rhythm is timing- the alternation of strong and weak elements of a movement
Tempo=Speed of a Movement
Rhythm=timing of a movement
Dynamics=accent of a rhythm
Tempo is the pace of an exercise, and refers to the speed of a movement. If the tempo is too slow it can produce tension in the body, if it is too fast it can encourage sloppiness and a lack of connection to the Powerhouse.
