It is the state of maintaining a positive relationship with peers, friends and family. It also includes having awareness of the feelings, values and displaying communications and social skills.
The state of having a positive mindset, good self-esteem and ability to cope with pressure and stress.
It refers to feeling the sense of purpose and meaning in our life and the ability to do things such as setting realistic goals, appreciate the needs and feelings of others, and have ambitions and aspirations. |

e.g. an elderly woman with limited mobility (ability to move or be moved easily or freely) and deteriorating sight describes her health as good because she has a healthy mind and is in contact with her friends. A teenager would not describe health as good in these circumstances. |
