Adult: IV, 6 mg rapid bolus
After 1-2 minutes follow with 12 mg
May follow up with an additional 12 mg if no response to first two doses
Pediatrics: 0.05 Mg/kg increase by 0.05 mg/kg q 2 minutes up to 0.25 mg/kg (0.05, 0.10, 0.15,0.20, 0.25)
Follow rapid IV bolus in proximal IV with rapid flush |
