- Pain (usually in legs) caused by intermittent caudication, ischemia causes the pain, occurs mostly with movement
- Parethesia
- Thin, shiny, and hairless skin at affected area due to lack of oxygen
- Diminished pulses in affected areas
- Extremity is cool and pale
- Advanced disease will have consistent pain that is more common at night (do not elevate affected area)
- All complications are caused by lack of blood flow/oxygen
