Definition
Hungary was split in their views of independence from Austria
On one side their were the Conservative Reformers made up of older "upper tier nobles" who were led by Count Stephen Szecheny. They wanted stuff like freedom of their slaves and funding improvements of infrastructure.
Their opposing group were the younger Hungarians called the "radicals".

Definition
Treaty between Allied powers and Hungary post WWI in June 1920. This treaty was part of the break up of Austria and Hungary. Terms of the treaty greatly weekend the economy, population, and denied Hungary access to the sea. A strategic goal for the allies.

Polish prince of the Russian zone who was very close to Tsar Alexander I. He was also part of the "idealist" Polish independence movement who sought to obtain forein aide to develop independence for Poland. He was opposed by Ludwik a "realist".

He was a supporter of a free Czech and formed the "realist" party of the Czech. He spread the word that they needed outside help if they wanted to be independent. Czechoslovakia, Romania, and Yugoslavia all signed military alliances that were for common defense against Hungarian revision and prevention of a restoration of the Hapsburgs. France also signed a separate treaty with these countries.• BUT, Poland refused to join the Little Entente due to traditional Polish friendship with Hungary and the ongoing dispute with Czechoslovakia over Teschen. The defensive pacts were not successful in the end because france did not come to their aid against Hitler.

Got approval from Alexander II if the Poles could have a memorial service on 30th anniversary of the November insurrection. Led to an uprising on that date as well as that of the 31st anniversary the following year.
Blamed for uprisings.
Conducts Russia’s 1st military draft in 1863.
