s/s weakness, weightloss, postural hypotension,abdominal pain,hyperpigmentation,hair loss,  hypoglycemia, dont excrete water so hyponatremia, and hyperkalemia can occure. hyperkalemia can cause metabolic acidosis. 

carry an emergency id band and dexamethasone

take glucocorticod in divided doses.

avoid people with infections, they are at an increased risk, report any temp elevation to your physician.

avoid activities that could result in trauma bc they are at risk of breaks and fractures

decreased nutrition due to not enough cal for bodies needs

disturbed sleep pattern- cant sleep even tho exhausted
