B. If there is risk with the behavior analyst being called upon to perform conflicitiong roles because of involvement of the third party, the behavior analyst clarifies the nature and direction of her responsibilities and keeping everyone involved informed at all times. |

2.06 Right and Prergatives of Clients |

2.07 Maintaining Confidentiality |

A. Behavior analysts primary obligation and take resonable precautions to respect the confidentiality of those with who they work or consult by (law, institutional rules, relationships)
B. Clients have a right to confidentiality, unless it is not feasible or is contraindicated
C. In order to minimize privacy behavior analysts must only inclided only information relevant to the purpose for whihc communication is made in written and oral report
D. Discuss confidential information obtained in clinical or consulting relationships, or evaluative data concering all party involved.
