At day’s end, review the Schedule Sheet and figure out how much time was spent on each activity
Enter the daily totals of hours for each activity and time category on the Recruiting Timesheet
Continue for at least 4 weeks and then review. Try to spend a minimum of the following:
60% of working hours on Productive Time
30% of working hours on Supportive Time
10% of working hours on Unproductive Time
Compare percentages for the 4 weeks to these standards
The percentages should correlate with the recruiter’s objective attainment
Set new goals in terms of hours spent on each category for the next 4 week period
Keep track of activity for the next 4 weeks
Periodically recheck activities to ensure progress |
