Fill out basic data on the prospect on the left front portion (name, address, etc.) Specify the source of the prospect/applicant card in the source block (instead of list, enter list code) Enter action date, time of initial contact, results, and any expressed interests to the opening statements or open probes on the left front portion of the card Record all required information necessary for additional follow-up with the prospect on the right front portion of the card Have NCOIC file PAC by the earliest date in the Working File The college portion is for applicants that had not mentioned any plans for college and had a PAC completed but then changed his/her mind The reserve side of the PAC provides space to track the prospect through the appointment, interview, and processing stages Transfer all data off of PAC’s to yours and your NCOIC respectful documents (S&R and Working Applicant Sheet) |
