Enter poolee’s personal information on front of card Enter action date for the recruiter briefing Select action dates with the poolee for the initial visit to home and family night Enter action date for the pre-ship HV (usually 30 days prior to ship date) Enter action date for the departure HV (3-5 days before ship date) Record all referrals on the right front of the Pool Card and circle referred name when the referral enlists to ensure poolee receives credit Enter date, time, location, function, and results of weekly contacts until the poolee ships on back of Pool Card NCOIC reviews the Pool Card for results and files it in the Working File by the earliest follow-up action date |
