1. Alarm: Body and mind go in high alert
2. Resistance: Body adapts to the stressor and endurance level increases
3. Fatigue: A tired feeling that takes over when the stressor is around for too long

Physical: Muscles work hard. It leads to soreness and pain.
Psychological: Comes from worry due to constant responsibilities.
Pathological: Tiredness brought on by drugs and body fighting diseases.
