- The CO appts inventory board consisting of 1 or more officers or SNCO to conduct the inventory (Sgts can conduct inventory of Sgt and below)
- govt prop will be assembled and insp then remove and turn in to SupO
- Upon compl of inventory, name, grade, SSN of individual conducting inventory will be printed or typed on form; the original of the inventory will be signed in the designated block by the senior mbr conducting inventory
- continuous chain of receipts will be maintained until final disposition has been made. Copy will be in mbr's OQR/SRB
