You can move the files up, down or delete them using the dialog buttons at the bottom of Combine or Merge files. Once you have the files in order, select Combine PDFs and the resulting file will be called Binder1.pdf. You can save it to be a different name. |

| We also have to create a PDF portfolio. Any file can be added to the PDF, not just .pdf extention files. On the opening screen of Adobe Acrobat, click on Create PDF Portfolio, choose your files you want to add to the portfolio (in this case, the Word and Excel documents from Project 1 and the last page of your PDF file that contains your PowerPoint and Project 1 Word files) and select either Grid or Linear for the format. |
