In the event that the parent(s) or legal guardian are unable to be contacted or refuse to cooperate (will not leave work, do not have transportation, etc.), the officer will release the truant in one of the following manners: |

(1) By transporting and releasing the truant to the parent(s) or legal guardian at their place of employment or residence; (2) By contacting the truancy center for truant pick up and transportation; or (3) By placing the truant in YCC (this option may only be used after 1700 hours). |
