Watashitachi = we, ha= topic marker, yasai= vegetable, dewanai = lit. do not exist as, no dakara = because...since..., seiippai = to the fullest, with all one's might, no = possessive particle, jinsei = life, okuru = to live one's life + nekereba (if one does not...) = if one does not live one's life, ikenai = to not live.
