Jane McMichael-Kadala Account Manager, Northeast Region at Radiate Media
The New York market has been my main stay where I have spent most of my media selling career building client relationships with all of the major advertising agencies. Some of my direct clients included NY Lottery, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Coors, Diageo and MHUSA, to name a few. They know me as I know them. Over the years I have garnered a proven track record and reputation for instigating innovative ideas that have met or exceeded my clients' needs. Being very persuasive in selling my ideas was one reason for my success but also having the ability to close key accounts with Brand Managers and C-level executives alike, was also important.
I have held local and national management positions and was regularly named 'sales person of the month' by my peers and managers. My strengths are identifying client needs, honing in on the opportunities, motivating a creative team to leverage in-house resources, and coming up with solutions for my clients, usually at a moment's notice. In addition to selling mixed media packages (i.e. advertising time, online, mobile, etc.), I have also successfully sold sponsorships and similar non-traditional revenue opportunities.
