Mitigation:Capabilities to reduce loss of life and property by lessening the impact of disasters
Response: Capabilities to save lives, protect property, and meet basic human needs after an incident has occurred
Recovery: Focused on timely restoration, strengthening, and revitalization of infrastructure |
