Definition
Defined, as nonspecific and non-neoplastic inflammatiory lesion that occur in the orbit with diverse pathological appearances but generally displaying a polimorphous chronic inflammatory infiltration. Can involve any orbital structure. AKA idiopathic orbital inflammaotry disease. Pain is important. |

T.B. Syphilis, sarcoidosis, bacteria, fungi, virus, parasites.
Happens more in middle age men. Restricts ocular movement, pain, diplopia, may be palpated like a tumor. Resemble a neoplasm. |

Malaise, fever, pain, proptosis, impaired mobility of the eyeball, red eye and eyelid's edema, VA, chemosis (extremem conjunctival swelling) blurred vision, diplopia, tooth pain, sinus headache, supraorbital pain or hypesthesia, nasal congestion. |
