Definition
Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination.

Kathleen examined power relations among students and between students and teachers it was found that education can act to reinforce the existing inequalities within Irish society. Males picked more masculine subjects while females picked more feminine subjects She felt human rights were violated in Ireland by the lack of effort to offer equal opportunity to students, especially those in the traveler community.
