■ The ability to do things which is dependent on underlying status of multiple underlying physical and or mental components such as musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or cognitive abilities.
■ Performance capacity is also dependent upon “the lived body” which determines what it is like to do things from inside of a particular body and involves mind-body unity.
