How do you add a resource to an event? |

- Create or view a calendar event and go to the event details page.
- Above the Where section, click the Find a time tab. This brings up a scheduling box.
- The Find a time box will appear. Select a resource you would like to add. First, click the Rooms, etc link on the right and then click the Add button. The room or resource is added to the Add: Guests section of the event invitation, in the same list as other invitees.
- The resource's calendar will now appear next to yours and any of the other event attendees.
- Click Save.
The resource is now scheduled as part of your calendar entry. No one else can schedule the resource unless you release it. |

How do you allow someone else to make changes to events in a calendar? |

- Navigate to the calendar list on the left.
- Click the down-arrow button to the right of the appropriate calendar.
- Select Share this Calendar.
- Type the person's full email address in the Share with specific people box.
- Select a Permission Setting.
- Make changes AND manage sharing
- Make changes to events
- Click Add.
Once you click Add, the person you selected to share the calendar with will receive an email invitation to view your calendar.

How do you copy a calendar entry form the event details page? |

- Click the More Actions drop-down menu.
- Select the calendar you would like the event to be copied to from the Copy to my calendar list.
- This opens up a new Event details page for your event. Edit the information as you would any other calendar entry.
- Click Save.
Note: The copy of the event will be a copy at the moment that you create it. Any future changes to the original event will not be reflected in the copy. |

- In the Calendar Address section, click the HTML icon. You will see a pop-up window with your calendar's public URL.

- Click on the event, then click the Edit event link.
- In the event details page, look at the list of guests invited.
- To remove the resource, find the resource name in the guest list and simply click the X.
- You can click the Restore link next to the resource name if you do not wish to remove them from the event.
- Click Save.

How do you copy an event to one of your calendars? |

- Click on the event you would like to copy (if it is from a friend or colleague's calendar, you will need to have it turned on so you can see it in your calendar view).
- Click copy to my calendar.
- This will open up the Event details page with all the same information from the calendar entry.
- You can select which calendar this entry will be associated with by selecting the calendar name from the drop-down next to Calendar.
- You can also make any changes to the event as you would any other event you created.
- Click Save.
