MA: Breakdown & digestion of fats, starches, and proteins
Use: Replacement therapy for cystic fibrosis, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, malabsorption syndrome, surgical removal of all or part of pancreas
Adverse Rx: None; High doses may cause nausea and diarrhea
CI: hypersensitivity to hog or cow proteins, acute pancreatitis

CI: hypersensitivity, GI obstruction, gastric perforation, epilepsy, lactation

Adverse Rx: dizziness, increase sleep, headache, confusion, hallucinations, diarrhea, impotence
CI: hypersensitivity
Caution: renal or hepatic impairment, elderly, pregnancy and lactation

CI: allergy to prostoglandins, pregnancy, lacation
