Robert Gagne and his followers are part of the behaviorists group, and their focus is on the outcomes, or behaviors that result from learning. Gagne's book, The Conditions of Learning (1965), identified the mental events that occur when adults are presented with various stimuli. Gagne developed his nine-step process called the “events of instruction” to help address the conditions of learning. |
