-If mode switch is in refuel and the refuel platform is not over the vessel then rod withdrawal is permitted. -If mode switch in refuel and platform is over the vessel and: -Grapple not full up, or -Grapple loaded, or -Frame mounted hoist loaded, or -Monorail mounted hoist loaded, then -Get a rod block. |

Definition
-Grapple hoist power is blocked if the refuel platform is over the vessel and all rods are not fully inserted. -Frame mounted hoist power is blocked if the refuel platform is over the vessel and all rods are not fully inserted and the hoist is loaded. -Monorail mounted hoist power is blocked if the refuel platform is over the vessel and all rods are not fully inserted and the hoist is loaded. |

-Reverse power to the refuel platform is blocked if the mode switch is in STARTUP and the bridge approaches the core. -Reverse power to refuel platform is blocked if all rods are not inserted and bridge approaches the core and grapple loaded, or grapple not full up, or monorail mounted hoist loaded, or frame mounted hoist loaded. -Forward power to platform is never blocked. |
