"Potentially fatal blood disorder in which the clients WBC levels drop to extremely low levels. Baseline WBC must be taken before treatment begins, and then weekly thereafter for the first 6 months". Acceptable levels = WBC 3500/mm3 & ANC 2000/mm3.
