condition where theres an extra electrical pathway circuit in the heart. can lead to tachycardia and is the common cause of fast HR in infants/children
ss-rapid/fluttering heartbeat,dizziness,faiting,chestpain, difficulty breathing INFANTS-short of breath,not alert/active,poor eating,visible heart beat in chest
manage-calm them down, if they dont know they have this issue & show symp-activate EMS, if someone knows they have it & has these symp when active but not at rest refer to cardiologist |

ss-begin about 5-20 min into exercise & slowly diminished once exercise is stopped,wheezing,chest pain/tightness,prolonged shortnees of breath,extreme fatigue.
