What is the impact of the Bantu Migration? How was this theory used politically?
Definition
As the Bantu speakers spread south into hunter-fathers' lands, territorial wars often broke out. The Bantu speakers exchanged ideas and intermarried with the people they joined which created new cultures with unique customs and traditions. brought new techniques of agriculture; Bantu migration justified impuralism.

push facotrs- climate changes, exhausted resources, earthquakes, volcanoes,unemployment, slavery, religious, ethnic, or political persecution
pull- abundant land, new resources, employment opportunities, political and/or religious freedom
The Bantu possibly migrated because their population increased due to devoloped agriculture which allowed them to have surplus in food. In search of more land they had to go south since the Sahara was beginning to advance toward once savanna regions. Hebrews migrated due to religious persecution, went in search of religious freedom. Indo-Europeans migrated to new lands that were abundant and rich in resources.

Republic-power rests with citizens who have the right to vote for their leaders; best features of monarchy, aristocracy, and democracy; consuls- commanded the army and directed the government; senate- controls foreign and financial policies, advises consuls; dictator- leader who had absulote power to make laws and command the army, in time of crisis

Yes; He was a remarkable young man who was well educated and showed his ability of becoming a good king at a young age. As king of Macedonia, Alexander had many conquests and created a large empire.

Compare and contrast Athens and Sparta.
Definition
Athens had a democracy while Sparta had a military state. Athen's citizens were given more freedom and equality wnile Sparta led a harsh rule that was revolted against. Both had a government composed of citizens that elected officials and voted on major issues. Both were located in ancient Greece. Athenian women were expected to remain out of sight while Spartan women had considerable freedom.

Explain the Mandate of Heaven and Dynastic Cycle with examples from Chinese history.
Definition
According to the Mandate of Heaven a just ruler had divine approval. The pattern of rise, decline, and replacement of dynasties is known as the dynastic cycle. An example of this would be from the Shang to the Zhou Dynasty. Shang king had become a poor ruler that the gods had taken away the Shang's rule and given it to the Zhou.

-manipulate the enemy, set a trap, spies, don't travel far from home, appear to be weak when you're strong, if they're strong run away, distraction, strategy

-can be applied to team sports, family, politics, and business.

Definition
The character for good is a woman and a child which shows how Chinese culture values families. The word "peace" has a roof over a women which shows that woman in the house brings peace and having shelter is peaceful. "Home/Family" is a roof over a pig which shows that food and shelter are necessary.
