Definition
The ideal member is one who subscribes to the objectives of the Fraternity. The brother is tolerant and sympathetic to the viewpoint of others. The brother should remember that "he profits most who serves best" and that returns from membership are commensurate with the giving. |

Definition
The ideal chapter is where each member is actively engaged in work which reflects credit NOT ONLY to himself/herself, but to the organization. Each member should be tolerant and sympathetic to the viewpoint of others. The chapter should have a prominent place on campus and perform useful and important functions. |

At each event, there should be designated non-drinking members. No "drinking games" will be permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages must be provided at each event Members and/or guests who arrive in an intoxicated state must not be admitted. Blindfolds should not be used at any time. Signature books should be used only for the purpose of acquainting pledges with the Fraternity members and not as a device for hassling pledges. |
