Epidural Hemorrhage 

Caused by:

Meningeal A. (Skull Fracture)

SEQUELAE of Epidural Hemorrhage 

1) Ipsilateral 3rd nerve compression (pupil dilated and fixed)

2) 3rd nerve ophthalmoplegia

3) Coma

4) Contralateral 3rd nerve compression (pupil dilated and fixed)

5) Cerebellar tonsil herniation into foramen magnum

6) Compression of medulla  & vital centers

7) Death
