Cranial Nerve V-

Afferent fiber-location of cell bodies at trigeminal ganglion and mesencephalic nucleus of V

Efferent to skeletal muscle- cell bodies at motor nucleus of trigeminal nerve

cranial nerve VII- location of cell bodies at Geniculate Ganglion (afferent)

CV VII- cell bodies at facial nucleus (efferent to skeletal muscle)

Preganglionic efferent fibers cell bodies live in the superior salivatory nucles (parasymp)

Afferent fibers:Cell bodies located at vestibular ganglion and spiral ganglion

Afferent fibers:Cell bodies located at superior ganglion and inferior ganglion

Efferent fibers to skeletal muscle: cell bodies at nucleus ambiguus

Preganglionic efferent fiber:cell bodies at inferior salivatory nucleus

Postganglionic efferent fibers: ganglion is at Otic Ganglion and the desitnation of the postganglionic fiber is at the Patorid Gland

Cranial nerve X-

Afferent fibers (outside CNS)- cell bodies live in Superior (Jugular) ganglion and Inferior (Nodose) Ganglion.

efferent to skeletal muscle- cell bodies at nucleus ambiguus

Preganglionic efferent fibers- cell bodies live in the dorsal motor nucleus of vagus (parasymp)!

postganglionic efferent fibers-  Ganglion is Vagal Ganglia (Teminal Ganglia). Destination of Postanglionic Fiber is Heart, Bronchi, Alimentary Canal down to Splenic Flexure.

CN III-

Efferent fo Skeletal muscle:cell bodies located in oculomotor nucleus 

Preganglionic Efferent fibers: cell bodies at the nucleus of Edinger-Westphal

Postganglionic efferent fibers: ganglion is a ciliary ganglion with destination to the Sphincter pupillae and the Ciliary muscle
