Definition

Pour Double shot of espresso in cup

(You'll use equal amounts of coffee and milk)

Definition

It's a stronger version of brewed coffee.

  

 

Made from a double shot of espresso and hot water.

It's generally served in a 12oz cup.

Fill cup about 3/4 full with water and add espresso, leaving room for milk.

 

(Some customers ask for less water)

Definition

A breve latte is similar to a cafe latte.


It's a latte with half-and-half instead of whole milk.

 

 Pour your shot into a cup, steam your half-and-half, and pour it on top.

Squirt whipped cream into small macchiato cup

Drizzle chocolate syrup over cream

Pour double shot of espresso on top

Serve with a little spoon

Definition

1/2 parts chai and 1/2 parts milk in steamer (pitcher)

Steam it all to desired temperature

Pour into mug with cinnamon on bottom

Can add a smidge more cinnamon on top

Pour Chai into 16oz. plastic cup to the bottom fill line

Add ice and milk of choice

Definition

2 pumps chocolate and 1-2 pumps raspberry in 16 plastic cup

Mix with 2 shots espresso

Add ice and milk

Grind beans and fill portafilter to 1/2 full

Add layer of raw sugar (approx 1 ts)

Settle filter

Continue filling portafilter with coffee

Settle filter again

Level, tamp and polish basket

Pull shot

Serve in machiatto cup with small spoon

Iced Tea (Black)

 

Definition

Measure 1/3 cup black tea

Pour in (red) tea press

Fill with boiling water

Put lid on (do not press)

Time for 4 minutes, then press

Measure 1/4-1/2 cups raw sugar in lg pitcher

Add tea when ready

Mix with wood spoon until dissolved

Add 4-5 scoops ice and water, taste

Definition

Measure 1 oz. green tea

Pour in (red) tea press

fill with boiling water

Put lid on (do not press)

Time for 3 minutes, then press

Add tea when ready

Add 4-5 scoops ice and water, taste

Toddy (Concentrated Iced Coffee)
Definition

Measure 1 lb coffee and grind on Coarse

Put in toddy maker with filter and plug

Add 72 ou. filtered water

Set timer for 12 hours

Take plug out and drain into Toddy pitcher for 2 hours

Toddy should be refrigerated

Fill toddy to bottom line of plastic cup

(Add water for Iced coffee

Add milk for Iced Latte)

Black is 4 just because

Tisane is 5 and I don't have a reason why!)

Definition

Fill plastic cup with ice to top

fill 1/2 with dairy base

put in blender with 2 pumps caramel and vanilla each

add 2 shots of espresso and a few beans

PUT LID ON BLENDER

Blend for 20-30 seconds

Pour into cup, whip cream & chocolate optional

Fill plastic cup with ice to top

fill 1/2 with dairy base

put in blender with 1-2 pumps of chocolate, caramel and coconut 

Add 2 shots of espresso

PUT LID ON BLENDER

Blend for 20-30 seconds

Pour into cup, whip cream optional
