Ingredients:

·         1 sugar cube

·         2-3 dashes Angostura bitters

·         Champagne

·         1 oz brandy

·         orange slice for garnish

·         maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation:

1.     Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne flute.

2.     Use the dashes of Angostura bitters to saturate the sugar cube.

3.     Add the brandy.

4.     Fill with Champagne.

5.     Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.

Definition

Ingredients:

·         2 1/2 oz gin

·         1/2 oz dry vermouth

·         1 or 3 cocktail onions for garnish

Preparation:

1.     Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.

2.     Stir well.

3.     Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4.     Garnish with the cocktail onion.

·         2 oz gin

·         1 3/4 oz Rose's lime juice or other lime cordial

Preparation:

1.     Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.

2.     Stir well.

3.     Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

·         2 oz gin

·         dash of lemon or lime juice

·         1/2 tsp superfine sugar

·         egg white (optional)

·         soda water

·         maraschino cherry for garnish


Preparation:

1.     Pour the gin, juice, sugar, and egg white into acocktail shaker filled with ice.

2.     Shake vigorously. More than usual if using the egg white to ensure it is mixed thoroughly with the other ingredients.

3.     Strain into a chilled highball glass with ice cubes.

4.     Top off with soda water.

5.     Garnish with a cherry.

Definition

Ingredients: 1/3 Vermouth rosso, 1/3 Bitter Campari, 1/3 Dry Gin.


Preparation: Served on the rocks, you need to use a medium tumbler or a old fashioned glass, stir the ingredients directly in your glass and garnish with a half slice of orange and lemon peel.
