polite sentence ending for background info.

a) 마크 씨 집에 있어요? (Is Mark home?)

b1) 지금 없어요. (He is not home right now. [direct/assertive])

b2) 지금 없는데요. (He is not home right now. [Is there anything I can do for you?]

a) 오늘 아짐 수업에 왜 늦었어요? (Why were you late for Korean class this morning?)
